A large part of why we are successful is our diligence towards preventative maintenance.  Our staff is trained to detect issues or problems before they arise.  Not all problems or issues can be foreseen, but a lot can be.

Our staff has the ability to identify and solve your maintenance issues quickly and effectively utilizing our network of carefully screened vendors—vendors who know the level of service and quality our clients expect. As part of our maintenance program, we provide regular site inspections of the property, present our findings in a monthly statement, and assist in securing bids when maintenance work is needed.

Interior Home Maintenance

*Visual inspection of interior walls, ceilings and floors

*Adjust and set air conditioners and furnaces

*Run water through all taps, toilets and faucets

*Check for leaks

*Rotate lights on/off–Replace bulbs as needed

*Check that refrigerators and freezers are maintaining temperature

*Water indoor plants and trees

*Secure all windows and doors

*Test smoke detectors and security systems

*Start automobiles

 

Exterior Home Maintenance

*Insure all yard and pool services are maintained

*Test all outdoor lighting – replace bulbs when necessary

*Insure irrigation systems are functioning properly

*Bring in mail, newspapers and fliers accumulating on driveway and/or at front door

*Take out/bring in trash receptacles
